RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. GENERAL RETURN POLICY (STRICT COMPLIANCE MODEL)

Ajontec.store follows a Zero-Tolerance Fraud Prevention Return Policy.

Returns will be accepted only if all conditions below are strictly met:

  • Return request must be raised within 3 calendar days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, undamaged, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging.

  • Original tags, labels, and seals must be intact.

Mandatory Proof Requirements

All return requests must include:

  1. Continuous unboxing video (from sealed package opening to full product view — no cuts or edits).

  2. Clear images of outer packaging, courier label, and product.

  3. Order invoice or proof of purchase.

If unboxing video is not provided → Return request will be automatically rejected.

If product seal is broken without valid defect proof → Return rejected.


2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following categories are strictly non-returnable:

  • Personal care, grooming, hygiene products

  • Food, supplements, consumables, perishable goods

  • Innerwear, socks, intimate wear

  • Clearance, sale, festival-discounted items

  • Customized / printed / personalized products

  • Digital or downloadable products

  • Items damaged intentionally by customer

These exclusions are in accordance with hygiene and consumer safety standards.


3. VALID RETURN REASONS (LIMITED ACCEPTANCE)

Returns will be processed only for:

✔ Wrong product delivered
✔ Product damaged during transit (proof mandatory)
✔ Manufacturing defect (clearly visible in unboxing video)
✔ Size exchange (only if exchange option is available for that product)

The following are NOT valid reasons:

  • Change of mind

  • Customer regret

  • Rough usage damage

  • Minor color variation due to lighting

  • False or exaggerated defect claims


4. RETURN VERIFICATION PROCESS

Every return request undergoes a strict 3-Step Audit Process:

Step 1 — Proof Verification

  • Unboxing video reviewed

  • Packaging & label matched with order records

Step 2 — Product Inspection

  • Additional proof may be requested

  • Product tested internally for defect confirmation

Step 3 — Final Approval Decision

  • If defect confirmed → Replacement or refund approved

  • If defect unverified or fraud suspected → Return rejected permanently

Company decision after inspection shall be final and binding.


5. REFUND TERMS

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method (UPI / Bank / Card).

  • Processing time: 5–10 working days depending on bank/payment partner.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Reverse shipping charges may apply in case of size exchange or non-defect returns.

Ajontec is not responsible for delays caused by external financial institutions.


6. ANTI-FRAUD PROTECTION CLAUSE

To prevent misuse and increasing online fraud cases:

If a customer:

  • Submits edited or fake unboxing videos

  • Intentionally damages product

  • Repeatedly abuses return policy

  • Files false claims

Then Ajontec reserves the right to:

  • Permanently block the account

  • Blacklist customer from future purchases

  • Reject all pending returns

  • Initiate legal action under applicable Indian laws including IT Act provisions

Fraudulent activity may result in civil or criminal liability.


7. EXCHANGE POLICY (IF APPLICABLE)

  • Exchange allowed only once per order.

  • Subject to product availability.

  • Unboxing proof mandatory.

  • If replacement is also claimed defective, refund will be processed only after full inspection approval.

Company reserves final discretion in approving exchange.


8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers must:

  • Enter correct shipping address and contact details

  • Record unboxing video before opening product

  • Pack product securely during return pickup

If damage occurs during reverse shipping due to poor packing by customer → Refund will not be issued.


9. RETURN SHIPPING PROCESS

  • Return pickups arranged via authorized courier partners only.

  • Self-shipping without approval is not accepted.

  • Customer must hand product safely to courier agent.


10. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

This policy is governed under:

  • Indian Consumer Protection Act

  • Information Technology Act, 2000

  • Applicable E-commerce regulations

Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Bihar, India.
