1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are processed within 24 to 72 business hours after successful payment confirmation.

  • Business hours: Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST)

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or Government/Public holidays.

Processing time does not include delivery transit time.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges once paid are generally non-refundable unless order cancellation is approved before dispatch.

5. PACKAGING & SECURITY

  • All products are packed under Ajontec brand packaging standards.

  • Tamper-proof seals may be applied where required.

Customers are strongly advised to:

✔ Record a continuous unboxing video
✔ Capture outer packaging and courier label clearly

Unboxing proof is mandatory for damage or wrong-product claims.


6. ADDRESS & CONTACT ACCURACY

Customers must provide:

  • Correct full shipping address

  • Accurate pin code

  • Active contact number

If incorrect details are provided:

  • Shipment may be delayed or returned.

  • Additional re-shipping charges may apply.

Ajontec reserves the right to cancel orders with incomplete or suspicious address details.


7. DELIVERY FAILURE & RE-SHIPMENT

If delivery fails due to:

  • Customer unavailability

  • Incorrect address

  • Refusal to accept package

Then:

  • Order may be returned to our warehouse.

  • Re-shipment will require additional shipping charges.

  • Refund (if requested) will be processed after deducting original shipping costs and handling charges.


8. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is marked lost by courier:

  • We will initiate investigation with logistics partner.

  • Replacement or refund decision will be taken after confirmation.

If product is delivered damaged:

  • Customer must submit unboxing video and clear images.

  • Claim will be verified before approval.

Claims without valid proof will be rejected.


9. ANTI-FRAUD PROTECTION POLICY

Due to rising ecommerce fraud cases:

If a customer:

  • Submits edited or fake proof

  • Falsely claims non-delivery

  • Attempts refund abuse

Then Ajontec reserves the right to:

  • Permanently block the account

  • Blacklist future purchases

  • Reject claims without refund

  • Initiate legal proceedings under applicable Indian laws

Company decision after investigation shall be final.


10. TRACKING INFORMATION

Once dispatched, customers will receive tracking details via:

  • SMS

  • Email

  • WhatsApp (if opted-in)

Tracking updates are managed by courier systems and may sometimes show delays in scanning updates.


11. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (IF ENABLED)

  • Delivery timelines: 10 to 30 days (subject to customs clearance).

  • Customers are responsible for customs duty, import taxes, or local country charges.

  • Delays due to customs clearance are beyond company control.
